Class Schedule


My classes are strong but gentle and accessible to any level, especially beginners. Hope to see you on the mat!

I teach in a 7 week cycle addressing each of the 7 consecutive chakras/energy centres, making use of the relevant asana/yoga poses, breathwork/pranayama, meditation, colour, mantra and philosophy to create balance and flow in the body and mind. It’s a form of Kundalini but the style is my own.
